I’m a designer energized by interdisciplinary collaboration, synergetic approaches, and a vision for a more circular future.
Hello —
I’m Madeline

It's great to meet you! I’m Madeline, a product designer & strategist finishing a MS in Design + Innovation at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. My background spans information & tech ethics, business, and sustainability—which naturally has shaped a love for systems thinking.
Growing up in Wisconsin, I saw firsthand how limited access shaped the opportunities of my friends and family. This experience gave me a strong sense of responsibility to design with intention—building inclusive, life-centered solutions rooted in resilience and a commitment to re-imagining what's possible.
Right now, that looks like prototyping new product experiences, teaching interaction design to undergraduates, and thinking a lot about how trust gets built (and broken) in technology.
In time spent outside of doing work I’m obsessed with, I write, solo-travel, and am currently on a mission to get into improv and go low-tox. I founded a design community, spend a lot of time in entrepreneurial spaces, and am very passionate about rejection therapy—ask me about any of it!
Love my community!!

Having grown up on an isthmus, you’ll always find me by the water.

Copenhagen solo-trip on film! Next up: Dublin

Truly my all-time favorite weekend activity: the farmer’s market.

Favorite painting I’ve seen in-person, is Carl Heinrich Bloch’s “In a Roman Osteria.”

Moments before bungee jumping. The terror hadn’t set in yet...

My best days always start with a quick sketch & poem.
