It's great to meet you! I’m Madeline, a designer & strategist finishing an MS in Design + Innovation at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. My background spans information & tech ethics, business, and sustainability.
Deeply tied with my devotion to create a more flourishing world, is the work I do everyday to flourish my mind, through: reading + writing + critiquing, solo-traveling, running, spending time in entrepreneurial spaces, building my craft in improv, and in rejection therapy :)
The opportunity and possibility in these moments, is what inspires and drives me to bring these bold new realities to truth. Specifically, I come in after a bold vision is imagined, and before artifacts need to be created. My skillset lies in distilling complexity, and translating it into everyday actions.
Business has the potential to create a lot of good in the world + change is happening constantly, exponentially, and is more challenging than ever. I believe these critical inflection points are opportunity moments for organizations to re-define their meaning and contribute to a more flourishing world.
